2024 Membership Form
Membership Definitions:
Family: Includes all dependent children 22 years of age or younger. The Eldest member’s DOB decides membership category.
Individual: Individual or the only golfer in the family. Junior: Age 22 and younger, requires a valid ID.
New Membership: Any individual or family (see above for definition) that has not been a member of MGC. New membership requires issuance of 4 shares. Documentation of new shares kept @ MGC Office and available upon request.
Returning New Membership: Any individual or family (see above for definition) that has not been a member of MGC for at least the previous 3 consecutive years and has been previously issued shares.
All prices listed include 7.375% MN Sales Tax and Local Taxes. For membership dues & other services fees that are paid via a Credit or Debit Card, an additional 3% service charge will be applied to the transaction amount. There will be no refund of golf dues after the golf season has started, with limited exceptions. See the refund policy for details. MGC Clubhouse and Proshop Credits expire Oct 15.
